Am I that quiet on vent for everyone or just in that video from Papa? I could barely hear the calls for aegis. For some reason, my Fraps does not record the normalization I have set up on my sound card. As a result, some people are a lot quieter (and the music is a lot louder) than what I actually hear. |

Thats actually a mana regen tool, to bypass end of execute phase mana restrictions. |
