I was late to the RMAH, but flipped a $25 item into $50 5 minutes later, so now I'm going to just operate off my winnings. I imagine you could easily make $25++ an hour if you wanted to, until prices drop in the coming weeks.

If you put it in your paypal, they take a 15% cut. You can't get money out of your blizz balance except on the AH and blizz store (but you could buy an item, resell it, and have THAT deposited to paypal).

So, I feel that spending gold on items to sell on RMAH is more efficient than selling gold directly. What have people had most luck with selling on RMAH? Weapons are generally highest in demand, but prices have plummeted due to market flooding. I'm thinking dex/crit rings/amulets and things of the sort would be a pretty high demand/low supply market.

If the attack speed nerfs hit as hard as expected (Datamined changes show 25% atk speed weaps/offhands being dropped to ~11-12% we can either expect the price of those items to skyrocket (monks and barbs may or may not feel the need to stack the shit out of it since they rely on it heavily) or plummet due to the sheer nerfing of it. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I have already sold off most of my +attack speed equipment and replaced them with dex/crit/crit dmg things. I'd suggest doing the same before the nerf hits.
Sell off any IAS weapons assets you have, as their values will be plummeting.
Some people are saying 'well i'm just going to be stacking attack speed anyways after the patch'. But that's wrong. If those supposed patch notes are the ones to make it live, pretty much any piece with attack speed (over another dps stat) is going to be very inferior. Unless its a 5mil+ piece that is perfectly itemized.
