Ok, my PC for whatever reason... suddenly (and literally just when I woke up this morning) wow crashes with a Kernel Error in the GPU when I run it "full screen windowed". If i run it full  screen or windowed, its fine.

I did a system restore to 2 days ago, and updated my GPU Drivers.

Any thoughts? I'm scratching my head on this one.

Is WOW the only game that crashes (not sure if that is all you play or not)? Make sure your GPU/Video card is not over-heating -- if its a laptop get a can of compressed air and clean out the GPU vent, etc...

Only wow... SWTOR works no issue at all and runs beautifly.

I've been having a similar issue since 4.3 hit. A memory error where WoW is requesting memory outside the range of how much physical ram I have; crashes wow. I had this issue on my old pc that was only running 3gb, but my new pc was running flawlessly from about late September until 4.3 when this started. It's admittedly still far, far less frequent, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern I can find to what causes it as it might happen sitting in stormwind just as much as in the middle of a particle dense raid fight.

At this point it's mostly just annoying with how intermittent it is and I do have a friend who might know my issue coming over in a few days but I thought I'd put it out here too.

Did a quick look Derevka seems there has been an issue with a certain file "wow-update-base-14946.MPQ" (corrupted Winter Veil texture that is causing random crashing). Not sure if this helps or not but i'm killing time while my gf is shopping so good luck!

Thanks... Ill just play not full screen windowed until Tuesday when Veil ends!
